If the AirDoctor network does not appear:
Check Discovery Mode
- Confirm the WiFi light is blinking
- If not, press and hold the WiFi button again
Confirm
- AirDoctor units only connect to 2.4 GHz networks.
- If your router is 5 GHz only, enable 2.4 GHz in your router settings.
- Confirm that you have the latest app.
Restart Devices
- Turn the unit OFF and back ON
- Restart your phone
- Try onboarding again
iPhone Fix
Go to Settings → Apps → AirDoctor Pro → Location → Enable Precise Location
Android Fix
Go to Settings → Apps → AirDoctor → Permissions and enable Location and Nearby Devices.
