How to Change Your WiFi Network

If you change internet providers or move to a new home, follow these steps.

Step 1: Place the Unit in Discovery Mode

1. Turn the unit ON
2. Press and hold the WiFi button for 5 to 10 seconds
3. Wait until the WiFi light begins blinking

Step 2: Reconnect to New Network

1. Click on the device in the app
2. Click on settings menu in top right corner
3. Click on "Change WiFi"
4. Follow the steps on screen.

Your unit will now connect to the new network.
